Coaching, as a practice, is the art of helping a person or a group find the answers to their questions all by themselves
Coaching, as a service, is a contract between two organizations, in which the coach and the client create an alliance to work towards the achievement of the client’s objectives, through a process of creation which stimulates introspection, inspires and updates the client’s potential. The client can be an individual or a team.
The coach’s role is to accompany the client as (s)he opens doors to new possibilities and help him/her implement the changes (s)he aspires to. Through coaching, the client develops skills and strategies to improve his/her performance as well as the organization’s performance (directly or indirectly).
